Synopsis

A crossover with Hikaru no Go: That Bad-Tempered Go Player

You could call it a side story. I want to explore some ideas about modern AI Go and the impact it has, and also slow the pace of another story I'm writing.

The protagonist is Gao Yunzhe, Gao Yongxia's son. While playing Go with Hikaru Shindo, he happens to find a bloodstained Go board in Hikaru's home. A soul engrossed in playing Go is inside it, but things have changed, and Hikaru can no longer see or hear Sai. He decides to let Sai follow Gao Yunzhe instead.

Not long after, the Gu Company and Gao Yongxia negotiate an exploration of the limits of machine Go AI. They call it a human-versus-machine battle, and the history of Go is rewritten from that point on.

Theme: You can't fool a dog that easily.

Hikaru No Go Fanfiction

Mostly Soul of Go fanfiction, including some drama-adaptation romance, danmei, and no-CP stories. There’s so little Soul of Go fanfiction, it’s heartbreaking. I’ve also added a few other stories about Go.
