[Anime Crossover] Who Is the Scythe-Wielder?

At some point, a legend about the Scythe Man began to spread through Gotham City. They say the Scythe Man became what he is after being possessed by the Scythe Devil. All kinds of strange incidents happen around him, making this chaotic city even crazier. People refuse to believe the Scythe Man is a cute, innocent little girl. They'd much rather believe the Scythe Man ought to have a freaking scythe growing out of his head. P.S. This is Scott, reporting from the front lines for the Gotham Gazette.

I don't know how I ended up writing this thing. Anyway, it's about a girl who transmigrates to Gotham and rises from nobody to someone with a bit of a reputation, until her name is known from the East End to Arkham. Includes Cthulhu-related elements and tabletop role-playing elements.

Theme: There isn't really any weird theme.
