With a Villain's Script, I Still Became a Star

One moment, Feng Yuqian was a Grand Slam-winning actress. The next, she woke up in a feel-good entertainment-industry novel, saddled with the role of a "villain." According to the plot, the beautiful but talentless supporting actress is both stupid and nasty. She has no real ability but throws her weight around. After repeatedly framing the heroine, she provokes public outrage, ruins her reputation, and ultimately has her face disfigured with a bottle of sulfuric acid by one of the heroine's admirers, then disappears without a trace. Feng Yuqian, now in the mirror's place, looked at her pretty face and the gilded splendor of her home, and felt thoroughly satisfied. She had spent decades as an overworked cog in the entertainment industry, keeping up an elegant public image. Now that she was beautiful and rich, she had no interest in the plot or the heroine. She just wanted to lie around and do nothing. On her first day, she tried to sleep in her own enormous bed until she woke naturally. Instead, the plot forcibly controlled her body and made her log into an alt account to attack the heroine online. Feeling the electric shocks and numbness coursing through her body, and the irritation of being forced to get up early, Feng Yuqian was fed up. "You just want me to be a villain? Fine." * At the time, Feng Yuqian was still a newcomer in the entertainment industry, taking part in a hugely popular talent competition. She made a snide remark about a popular contestant cutting corners, and that contestant was exposed for lip-syncing. She deliberately sabotaged a fellow contestant's chance at an extra audition, only for it to come out later that the contestant had a serious foot injury and might have suffered irreversible, permanent damage if she had gone onstage. She loudly declared that she was confident her skills were better than everyone else's, then stunned the crowd with her singing and dancing. One day, Feng Yuqian's alt account was exposed. It was full of posts from before the competition began, putting down the heroine during a poll for the show's most stunning contestants. "What kind of nobodies are you comparing me to?" When the heroine acted like a pitiful, stubborn, innocent little flower, someone angrily said, "You're just jealous that she's more likable than you and better than you at everything!" Feng Yuqian raised an eyebrow and ran a hand through her long hair. "I'm worth tens of billions, I graduated from a top-three university, I'm 170 centimeters tall, and I ranked first in an online beauty poll. The line of people who want to date me stretches all the way to the company entrance. So what exactly is there to be jealous of?" "Not likable? I'm not a lucky charm. I don't need everyone to like me." "I only need to make myself happy." * After debuting as the center of her girl group, newly crowned top-tier star Feng Yuqian used her astonishing instinct and acting talent to become "the most gifted and capable new-generation actress of the year." On the red carpet, the star looked breathtaking in a vivid red gown, with a cute junior trailing behind her and an award-winning actor by her side. That night, someone photographed her with a powerful big shot's suit jacket draped over her shoulders. People insinuated that she was clinging to a rich man, so he personally clarified: "We're business partners. If anyone's clinging to the other, it's me clinging to her." Countless netizens turned into swooning fans. "She's so wicked, and I love her!" "This woman has no idea how charming she is. She could have a line of suitors circling the Earth!" "We want a bad woman! We want a bad woman!" Watching the plot gradually fall apart, the heroine suffer setbacks at every turn, and Feng Yuqian rise higher and higher, the System was utterly confused. Feng Yuqian smiled. "Everyone calls me a bad woman. How is it my fault if the plot goes off course?" #A fictional entertainment industry. A no-brainer wish-fulfillment story, so don't take it as real life. The heroine is the best, and isn't based on anyone. # #Don't attribute the characters' values to the author. This is just a feel-good story, so please switch off your brains and enjoy, haha! # #The male lead will appear later, but he'll probably just be in the background. # Synopsis written on July 8. Please don't use the screenshot as a reference. Theme: As long as you have the skills, you need not fear any surprises.
