[Natsume's Book of Friends] A Boy's Journey

Life is fleeting. In the long river of time, we are but summer flowers that bloom for a moment. Every meeting and every passing encounter is the most precious kind of fate in this world. Yet at a certain moment, we all come to hope that a meeting will be more than just a meeting, that from then on, there will be someone in my world whom I can see from the first light of dawn until the sun sinks at dusk. I am willing to spend my whole life protecting this tenderness, and my next life praying that our names will remain carved on the Three Lives Stone.

Premise: Every time I slowly draw closer to you, I discover that this world has treated me with kindness.
