The Princess Consort's Hectic Life

Gu Yanrou transmigrates into the body of a princess from a fallen kingdom and marries Prince Jin, who is rumored to be cold and taciturn.

She only wants to be a contented, carefree layabout, but people keep making trouble for her.

On her wedding day, the prince's secondary consort curses and provokes her. “I'll take your place and become Prince Jin's wife.”

Then her mother-in-law takes a dislike to her and nitpicks. “You foolish thing.”

The court is full of danger and intrigue. “A princess from a fallen kingdom must not be allowed to live.”

Later, Gu Yanrou tears apart the scheming women and tramples the scoundrels, successfully ripping up her pitiful-girl script.

What's more, everyone discovers that the usually abstinent, cold Prince Jin, who keeps everyone at arm's length, seems to be acting strangely.

Gu Yanrou: “I want beggar's chicken.”

Lu Ting, his eyes gentle: “How about I make it for you myself, my dear?”

Gu Yanrou: “I accidentally slapped your secondary consort.”

Lu Ting, frowning with concern: “Does your hand hurt, my dear?”

Gu Yanrou: “Our contract marriage is over. Let's divorce.”

Lu Ting, smiling darkly: “My dear, have you fallen for some other gentleman, ”

“It's fine. I'll kill them all, one by one.”
