A xianxia story: Senior Brother Tianzhao X a split-personality little koi fish.
The working title is Red Carp and Green Carp. I'll write a bit and see how it goes; no word count target for now. Lots of original headcanons, some out-of-character moments. Don't compare this to real people; just read it for fun.
As Tianzhao's senior brother, Gong Jun finally earned the right to travel down the mountain after passing the sect's trials. At first, he wanted to follow countless predecessors by slaying demons and proving the Great Dao. But there were too many great places in the human world to eat, drink, and have fun, so he never got around to it. Not only that, he ended up hanging around with a little demon whose demonic aura was off the charts.
Back then, Gong Jun was set on taking the little demon as a "spirit pet" and smuggling him back to the sect. He had no idea that this color-changing little koi was the Demon Emperor chosen by the Heavenly Dao. Nor did he know that this seemingly silly fellow, who had two little dimples whenever he smiled, would one day turn all of the Nine Provinces upside down...
