A Custom-Made Friendship

[School story, happy ending] →It's probably a super sweet school story (fingers crossed) A year above her, the schoolgirl was beautiful and aloof, with grades far beyond anyone else's. A brief interaction brought Sui Yi and her senior together. Come into her square, eternally dark world When Li Yue came up behind Sui Yi and wrapped her arms around her, Sui Yi turned her head to look at her. Their eyes met, their breaths mingled, and each could see herself reflected in the other's pupils. Sui Yi said, "I still don't understand this problem." Li Yue rested her chin on Sui Yi's shoulder and explained it to her. As for how to define their relationship as good friends, Their friend scoffed. "Yeah, right. Straight girls don't hug like that." Sui Yi replied, "Is that your definition of a straight girl?" She thought straight girls (not!) could hug like that! Warm and oblivious & cold and crazy Moral: Life is full of hardships, but we persevere.
