Blurb:
A forbidden zone at the crossroads of the Three Realms is home to a black-market shop that lives up to its name.
Other black-market shops secretly rob and kill. This one openly takes your money... to buy vegetables!
At first, the nearby villagers were wary and afraid. Even ghosts wouldn't dare come here... No, wait, oh my god, there really are ghosts!
Later on.
Villager A: Shopkeeper, my cabbages are purebred, with a unique flavor, and grown using farming techniques passed down for thirty-eight generations. The wild boar spirit next door has been coveting them for centuries. Buy mine!
Villager B: No, Shopkeeper, look at my tofu! It's smooth, fair, soft, and pure. It feels wonderful and tastes even better! How about a dozen?
Villager C: Everyone, step aside! Shopkeeper, take a look at my chickens. They're nothing like those flashy wild pheasants outside. Their flavor is the real deal.
Villager D: ...Quit shoving, damn it! Shopkeeper, what about me? I'm big and strong, I can catch fish underwater and dig tunnels to steal vegetables. Most importantly... I'm good at keeping the bed warm.
Later still.
Passing cultivators looked at this bustling place, which resembled a vegetable market, and sank into deep doubt. Was this really the legendary forbidden zone where the gods had fallen?
