The Twelfth Love Letter

Tan Shuyi and Zhong Jin

(Told from the heroine's perspective)

When A Jin was eighteen, he said he would marry Shuyi properly when he turned twenty-two.

"Ever since I met you at sixteen, every birthday wish I've made has been for the day I turn twenty-two to come sooner. Then I can bring you home as my bride."

It was love at first sight for Tan Shuyi, a long-planned courtship for Zhong Jin, and in the end, they died together for love.
