Infinite Worlds, Infinite Experiences

Upcoming next works: Haunted House Sleep Tester [Infinite] and Natural Disasters at the End of the World. Please add them to your favorites! Blurb for this story: At a young age, Li Ran is diagnosed with cancer. With nothing to live for, she is in despair when she suddenly receives an Infinite Game Experience Tester System. “Ding! Congratulations, player ‘Li Ran,’ on qualifying as an Infinite Game Experience Tester. You will travel through various otherworldly game worlds alongside ten thousand other players with terminal illnesses. Complete ten missions and survive until only ten players remain to receive the ultimate reward: a new life!” “First otherworldly game world: City Under Siege. Mission: Escort Doctor A to the capital's research institute. Note: If Doctor A dies, the mission immediately fails.” “Second otherworldly game world: Hide-and-Seek. Mission: Players will become different people or objects. Evade the seeker three times to leave the game.” “Fourth otherworldly game world: Island of Terror. Mission: Catch the murderer on the island within the allotted time and build a boat to leave the game. Note: The murderer will also kill the player-testers. Please protect yourselves.” “Eighth otherworldly game world: Live-Action Shooting Game. Mission: Survive until only four people remain and save a teammate who is close to death.” “Friendly reminder: Players have one chance to revive in the game world. If you die twice in an otherworldly game, you will lose your tester qualification and will not receive the ultimate reward. Please cherish this hard-won opportunity.” Faced with an incomprehensible System and a game world she must enter immediately, Li Ran grits her teeth and deals with one unexpected crisis after another, fighting to be among the final ten survivors. The blurb has been slightly revised. The final story takes precedence. The male lead is just a plot device, and there is very little romance. On July 10, 2021, the blurb was screenshotted and posted to Weibo. Upcoming next work: Haunted House Sleep Tester [Infinite] Blurb: After losing her job, the unmarried woman Ai Ming, now well past the usual marrying age, stumbles across a job posting for a haunted house sleep tester on a recruitment website. The company behind the recruitment website has deep pockets and offers generous pay. The job requirements are simple: stay in a “haunted house” for a set number of days and explain your experience in a livestream. The pay is 1,400 yuan a day. The company places no limits on the number of applicants, gender, or age. There is only one hard requirement: all applicants must be firm atheists who believe in science and aren't afraid of ghosts. They must assess through personal experience whether the house is suitable to live in and whether it has potential as a tourist attraction. Experience as a hotel reviewer is a bonus. After signing up, Ai Ming discovers that things aren't so simple. An eerie seaside villa, a creepy deserted village, an abandoned hospital ward, an old residential building in a city that everyone is afraid to talk about, a desolate island fishing village... She seems to have fallen into some kind of terrifying infinite loop... Upcoming work 2: Natural Disasters at the End of the World Synopsis: On June 5, 2220, a sudden movement of the Earth's crust triggers a series of disasters: earthquakes, storms, tsunamis, tornadoes, freezing temperatures... all kinds of natural calamities. More than half the world's population dies. Si Nan is an ordinary office worker. As she struggles to survive the many natural disasters, she hears that an absolutely safe underground home has been built somewhere and resolutely decides to head there with her friends. But the journey is perilous, with disasters constantly striking. How can a frail young woman like Si Nan make it there safely? Chen Zhen, dressed in camouflage and a man of few words, says, “Just lower your head to me and call me Brother Zhen. Maybe I'll take you to the underground home.” Si Nan scoffs. “You're two years younger than me, and a gust of wind could knock you over. What makes you think you can act like my big brother?” Chen Zhen: ... If a category 12 typhoon can't knock you over, doesn't that make you a real little brother?
