The Terrifying Perfumer

Su Jiayu was a remarkably gifted perfumer who spent her entire life pursuing the legendary twelve ultimate scents.

But an accident took away her sense of smell.

A world without scents was dull, pale, and tiresome.

So, on a bright and sunny day, she died without a trace of emotion in the raging inferno her nemesis had set.

And then, inside a horror instance, there appeared someone who sent a chill through everyone who spoke of her:

The Horror Perfumer.

At times, she was a gentle, harmless lilac. At others, a dazzling rose in full bloom, or the graceful, delicate night-blooming jasmine.

She would remove a zombie's bones and grind them into bizarre spices, or inhale a ghost's soul and blend it into a poisonous fragrance.

You would never know which tortured wail of a vengeful ghost had inspired the top and base notes of the fragrant air swirling around her with every movement.

She was both an alluring, all-purpose perfume and a deadly, potent poison.

"Everything that exists has a scent."

"Rotten, filthy, greedy... the stench of the soul."

In the flames, the scent of scorched earth and cracked pine mingled with the smell of singed feathers. Endless scents surged and swept through the fire, drowning out the players' heartrending screams.

The girl's cheeks were painted in exaggerated colors. Her vivid wig made her smile seem deranged and crazed. Her hand, covered in a lovely lace glove, clamped around the boy's neck. Her eyes opened wide with feverish intensity.

"But I've caught the scent... the ultimate fragrance of your soul."

She let the sharp dagger in the boy's hand leave a bloody mark on her neck, and calmly tightened her grip around his throat, watching him suffer as he choked. Her voice was tender with longing.

"Darling, would you sacrifice yourself for me?"

"Everything in this world has a scent."

"She controls them, becomes infatuated with them, lives for them, and dies for them."

"Her life's pursuit is the twelve ultimate fragrances that come from the depths of the soul."
