Ao Yu, the youngest prince of the West Sea Dragon Clan, falls for Yun Xiao, a young man from a renowned human cultivation family. He seeks out a wizard in the depths of the West Sea Trench and trades one of his dragon tendons to lift the restriction that dragons under a hundred years old must return to the sea for a drink at least once every three days on land. Demon dragon Ao Yu escapes to Mount Li, where demons, monsters, and ghosts gather. By a twist of fate, he becomes the new King of Mount Li.
