Next up (maybe): The Old Home
An empty-nest elderly landlord top x Overworked office-worker bottom, modern setting, maybe a little Lovecraftian?
An unlucky office worker rents a place downtown. It has a lot of requirements, but it's cheap! Where else can you find a big place for 300 yuan?
Basically, the pure-hearted landlord goes all out to please the tenant, and the old house catches fire (laughs).
