The previous blurb was so awful that I decided to write a new one.

[Red Peony]: Xiaoyu is mine!

[Ceylon]: No way, Hongyu is mine!

[Feitan]: Get lost! He's mine, obviously!

[Awu]: Stop joking around! Yiyi is mine!

[Meihe]: Hmph! I'm Ren Yi's one and only MASTER!

[Xiba]: I'm the first one Xiao Yi ever liked!!!

[Lucia]: Lei Ya is my mentor and belongs to me. Anyone who tries to take him from me will die!!!

[Xiao Qiu]: I'm the one who's always been by Yiyi's side. Yiyi is mine!!!

[???]: ?????????

Watching his lovers argue until their faces turned red, Ren Yi flew into a rage and shouted, “All of you, shut up! I don't belong to any one of you. I belong only to myself, and all of you belong to me. You're all part of my harem!!!”

[Everyone]: …

After everyone stripped him bare, Ren Yi was tossed onto the bed. The shy little bottom asked nervously, “What are you going to do!!!?”

The veins on everyone's foreheads bulged as they told Ren Yi, “We're your ‘top harem,’ after all... Of course we're going to satisfy you properly!!!”

Ren Yi was drenched in sweat, his face flushed as he stared wide-eyed at his lovers closing in on him. “No... I'm not a bottom... I'm the top... I'm supposed to be the top!!!”

[Delusion God]: “Ren Yi, are you still deluding yourself? Stop it already. You're a bottom to the very core, so just relax and let yourself be topped!!!”

Ren Yi let out a wail and shouted, “No... Delusion God, this is all your fault!!!”

This is a crossover fic combining BL, an infinite-flow setting, and lots of obscure anime. It's also an NP story about a protagonist who fantasizes about becoming a top but ends up a bottom all the same, along with his lovers. There will be both sadness and joy... Of course, my writing might make you think you've stumbled across a terrible book and leave you furious, but I'll still do my best to keep writing...

This is an NP story. As for the pairings, you'll have to read and find out. If I gave you the names, you might not recognize them anyway.
