This is a short story that has already been completed.
A sinister chessboard like a man-eating flower, and a kingdom on the board from an unknown age. A lone, aloof boy who pretends to be cold accidentally enters the game and meets a quick-witted, decisive young woman who is a general's younger sister. Together, they explore the board step by step, searching for the scattered pieces and restoring it.
Once the game begins, a move cannot be taken back. Once this piece is played, two lifetimes are separated. "Stop them from winning. This is how history ends."
The beginning is more lighthearted, but things may get a little sad later on.
The leads start out as something like bickering adversaries, but later become quite devoted to each other.
The supporting characters also have romantic storylines.
In short, come give it a read!
The earlier parts may seem a little ornate, but they establish the larger setting and have little effect on the chapter's story. If you'd rather go straight to the short story, you can skip to Chapter Three!
Hope you enjoy reading!
(This story is entirely fictional. It borrows a few small elements from history, which are noted at the end of the relevant chapters.)
Theme: History may remain unchanged, but love endures.
The author has novel ideas and will continue to work hard.
I feel it is well written, a handful of little flowers!
