After committing yet another crime, the most dangerous criminal in the Beastman Empire in a century escaped once again. With the army closing in, he fled into a kindergarten on the outskirts of the capital.

The entire force stood ready for action, charging into the kindergarten fully armed to save the Empire's flowers of the future.

But when they stormed in, all they saw was Lu Yuanchu, the kindergarten's sole director and teacher, holding a baby bottle in his left hand and a kitten in his right, with a bear cub hanging from his waist. He was fully absorbed in caring for the children.

The director had delicate features, smiling eyes, and a gentle voice. He looked utterly incapable of fighting.

The Imperial Army searched the premises but failed to find the criminal, so they soon left.

Before going, they even remembered to comfort the frail-looking director.
