After a car accident, game designer Tang Tang woke up to find herself in the interstellar era.
She had become a low-quality Omega with exceptionally high mental strength, but who couldn't match with an Alpha, and was giving her top-tier Alpha older brother a huge headache. Everyone called her a burden.
But later, Tang Tang discovered that in this interstellar era, as long as your mental strength was strong enough, you could independently create an entire game with it, from concept design to building virtual models.
Tang Tang: Why wait? Time to put my old skills to use! Who wouldn't love a massive cultivation game where you can raise all kinds of spirit pets? Or a city-building game where you can enjoy becoming the ruler of your own territory?
**
Soon afterward, people discovered that StarNet had launched a strange new game called "Immortal Romance."
Spirit pets? Sects? Guild rivalries? They'd never heard of any of it!
Lured in by the promise of three days of free play, everyone decided to give it a try. Then... they couldn't stop playing!
[Ahhh! I've been fooled! Who's the jerk who told me this game wasn't fun? I missed my chance to draw a rare spirit pet egg!]
[Has anyone cleared the Tang Sect dungeon? Sob, I'm going to cry! The ending for the Tang Sect leader and the Demonic Cult leader is both so sweet and so heartbreaking! Sob!]
[Sob! I don't care about anything else. I just want to know when the Hongfu Restaurant is opening! I've been waiting outside for hours. I just want some golden fried rice. It's so delicious! A hundred times better than nutrient solution!]
Please add my upcoming stories "I Bring Earth Cards to Become a Legend in the Stars" and "Interstellar First-Class Engineer" to your reading lists. You can find them in my author page~
Blurb for "I Bring Earth Cards to Become a Legend in the Stars":
The powerful psychic Lu Han died and woke up to discover she was in an interstellar card era.
The original owner had been an A-rank card maker, but after her mental strength was damaged, her card-making ability fell from A-rank to E-rank, and her Guide ability fell from A-rank to C-rank. Her former team and childhood sweetheart both abandoned her.
To support herself, Lu Han had no choice but to take her cousin's advice and become a C-rank Guide psychic therapist. Sometimes, out of curiosity, she'd go on StarNet to see if she could make cards.
Later, Lu Han was surprised to discover that her other stream of mental strength not only didn't interfere with her card-making, but gave her a success rate of up to 99 percent. The original owner's damaged mental strength was only a branch of her own. With some time and treatment, it could heal completely. The same went for the Sentinels whose mental strength she treated!
But that wasn't what Lu Han found strangest. The strangest thing was how people in this world reacted. All she'd done was put some steamed fish fillets left over from her meal into a storage card and sell them, and people had gone mad trying to buy them. They kept asking if she had more! She's a good citizen who doesn't waste food. How could she have that many leftovers every day?!
What Lu Han didn't know was that the cards she made had been selling for astronomical prices on StarNet, and they were still impossible to find!
It was because no one had ever heard of her cards: the "Classic of Mountains and Seas" series, the "Construction Maniac" series, and the "Infinite Movie Experience" series!
Gu Xu is the Empire's top Sentinel and its only 3S-rank Sentinel. But because his rank is so high, he hasn't been able to smell anyone's pheromones for decades, let alone find a compatible Guide.
Then, after an accident, his heat suddenly struck. The only Guide available at the Guide Treatment Center was a C-rank Guide. With no other choice, Gu Xu could only grab this C-rank Guide and ask for temporary treatment, hoping it would hold him over until other high-rank Guides arrived.
Who knew that as soon as the treatment began, Gu Xu would smell an intensely sweet, irresistible pheromone! And it came from the C-rank Guide right in front of him!
Blurb for "Interstellar First-Class Engineer":
Lu Sheng, a national first-class engineer, transmigrated and became a low-ranking soldier in the interstellar era.
She was also a Guide with such low mental strength that she couldn't match with Sentinels, and everyone saw her as a burden.
When Lu Sheng transmigrated, the new recruits' virtual StarNet mock battle was about to begin. Reality also spelled it out for her:
Low mock battle score = failure, failure = expulsion, expulsion = no food... I'm doomed!
To keep herself from starving to death, Lu Sheng gritted her teeth and took over the original owner's position as an engineer soldier.
Looking at the advanced starship before her, which she didn't recognize at all, Lu Sheng gritted her teeth and said to her teammates, "Um... is there an instruction manual?"
Teammates: ...Damn! We're doomed!
**
They say every year's new recruit mock battle has its share of oddballs, but no one expected this year's strangest recruit to take the prize.
The funniest part was that someone had actually asked for an instruction manual right after the mock battle began.
"I'm dying! Which new recruit is this? That team's probably doomed, haha."
"Yeah, they're doomed, but it's not that team. It's everyone else."
"Because the engineer soldier who asked for the manual turned around and looted the gear from all the other nearly-dead soldiers. Somehow she managed to outfit the entire perimeter of her team's starship with cannons. She made every soldier on the field run around naked, nearly leaving us without a scrap of clothing. Oh, I was one of them, TvT."
"Huh?!!"
Later, Lu Sheng became a legend in the new recruits' mock battle. Almost every soldier who saw her hurriedly clutched their clothes and went the other way!!
Theme: Earth's culture is something we will always be proud of
Emmmm, my personal feeling is that I don't have a good handle on the emotional line and the career line. I want to grasp it with both hands, but I feel like I can't grasp it well. The emotional line is a bit rushed. When I thought it would be super sweet, it suddenly disappeared. The heart-stirring feeling was not continued in the future, which made me feel uncomfortable. The career line is very successful and I like it very much, but it gets a bit messy when it comes to the relationship line. But it is undeniable that the author is still very passionate when writing some game content!
History and culture are really very thick things that flow in my blood. Even if I read a novel, even if the description is very simple, I can rely on my brain to make up for it and my blood will boil.
This emotional line is really giving me a headache.
Emmmmm Tang Taizong should be called Li Shimin...
After reading this chapter, I specifically searched for the "Song of Dynasties". The history and culture, as well as the pride of being a Chinese person flowing in my blood, really make me feel moved and want to cry just thinking about it...
I kind of want to know their daily life at Blue Star Archeology.
Woo woo woo. Listening, it stopped abruptly. I haven't seen enough of Marshal and Tangtang yet. Did you just fast forward to them together? Boo hoo, I still want to see Cookie.
Hey, what's the update?
Wow wow wow who can understand how I feel after growing it for so long but not getting any fruit?
Why is the author missing? I'm going to take the college entrance examination. Why haven't you updated it yet?
