Legends of the Elves have always been told in Middle-earth. In the earliest days of humanity, humans lived alongside the Elves and shared a deep friendship. Though the Elves no longer appear in the world, as long as their stories are told, their former glory will never fade. It simply continues to protect Arda in a different way.
Legend says the gods relinquished their dominion over Arda, leaving the future of all living things in their own hands. They lived in peace in the Blessed Realm, taking no interest in Middle-earth and turning a blind eye to the darkness growing there.
Legend says the Elves led humanity against the darkness, fighting a war both tragic and glorious. Yet they too, driven by what they called their own desires, slaughtered their kin and betrayed their word, committing unspeakable crimes.
Legend says that somewhere in this world lies the last remnant of the First Age, before any corruption had taken place, and the universe is safe under its protection. There dwell the kindest of Elves, guardians of the most wondrous key in the world.
If legends have any meaning, it must be this: rational beings must heed their conscience. Crimes deserve atonement, and merit deserves reward. Even the greatest good must take into account the testimony of those involved. Eternal gods, immortal Elves, and mortal humans alike all have the right to speak for themselves and make their own choices.
Once a choice has been made, set your goal and press forward without wavering. Feel every part of the journey: joy or sorrow, confusion or uncertainty. Each has a reason to be there.
The Lord of the Rings is back in theaters, and I can't put my excitement into words. It's been twenty years, and Middle-earth still moves me. It's 2021, and I'm still swooning over Legolas.
I wrote this for fun, as a tribute to the great Tolkien and my eternal beloved, Legolas.
Most names in this story follow the Century Wenjing edition. The books and films are mixed together, since the movie adaptations of both The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings are fantastic too.
I recently caught up on The Silmarillion and was moved to tears. I was also stunned by the mighty Elves of the First Age, which gave me the idea for this story: a powerful character drops into Aman to pair up with Middle-earth's most overpowered character. Together, they're unstoppable. To put it simply, I adore Legolas, and I'm determined to protect him. That's what this is all about.
This is a story set in the original world, with no transmigration. It spans a broad stretch of time and draws on The Silmarillion, The Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings. Chapter One covers the creation of Arda by the Valar. If you're familiar with the original lore, feel free to skip it. The female lead appears starting in Chapter Two.
Theme: The Elves' glory will never fade
Must complain! I don't know what Amazon thinks! I can't bear to do calcium milk and soda eyes!
Hahahahahahahahahahaha I like to see Thorin being deflated the most
Hahahaha, carrot lovers? Is it the PJ family whose handsome genes have been passed down for more than 60 years until the Lord of the Rings period?
I don't think the heroine Goldfinger is big or anything, after all she is Maiya.
Come on, come on, when I heard Goblin King singing live in the movie, I felt a little bit on the cutting edge of Middle-earth trends hahahahaha
Thanks to my wife, I hope it can be completed smoothly. I will review it regularly. I also like Tuolao's world view setting, and I also like the great and beautiful race of elves. Unfortunately, it is too cold and there is no food to eat.
Looking forward to the next plot 🤩 There are too few texts about Legolas
Elves and dwarves really have no effective communication
Ah, I've fallen into another pit [Lie down]
I took a look before going to bed and found that it had been updated!!! Hapiness!!
