When Huayang First Appeared

The forbidden grounds of the Zitan Immortal Sect have reopened.

The Palace Master Guiyang, who died a thousand years ago, has returned to life, but tragedy after tragedy befalls the sect, with disciples and servants dying one after another.

Terrified for their lives, everyone rushes to the Palace of Guiyang in the middle of the night. "Palace Master, save us! So many people in the sect have died."

"It's fine. I killed them." The once noble and radiant Palace Master Guiyang now wears bloodstained white robes and looks cold and detached. A timid little beauty stands behind him.

Tao Ji used Ruan Suiyang's soul to come back to life a thousand years later. When he awoke, a soft and innocent young man was before him.

He saw nothing but pain in Ruan Suiyang's soul.

Bullied and humiliated, his meridians crushed, he was thrown into the forbidden grounds where Tao Ji slept.

Perhaps his life had truly been too painful. The young man kept crying, "It hurts. It hurts so much..."

Tao Ji soothed him softly. "It won't hurt anymore. Soon, it won't hurt at all."

Tao Ji felt compassion for the innocent young man, as guileless as a child. He helped Ruan Suiyang erase his painful memories, became his master and protected him from harm, killed everyone who had bullied him, and searched for his lost soul.

He thought his little disciple was utterly helpless and pitiful, someone who deserved to be doted on and indulged.

That was until Tao Ji saw the Demon Venerable, exalted and surrounded by a crowd in the demon realm. His stunning face was identical to that of his impossibly fragile little disciple.

Ruan Suiyang looked at Tao Ji, wickedness and abandon in his gaze. "Master."

Stern, murderous, otherworldly shou x clingy, coquettish, young gong

Master and disciple, gong is younger; shou dotes on gong

Note:

1. The shou is ruthless.

2. The gong is weak and probably won't become strong until the very end.

3. The gong is delicate and difficult to care for. He has to be fed and coaxed to sleep, and he's extremely possessive of the shou. He's a spoiled brat who throws tantrums at the drop of a hat and demands that the shou hold him and comfort him.

4. Before the story begins, many people had their way with the gong. It won't be described much in the story, but it did happen. If this is a dealbreaker, proceed with caution!!!

Cultivation stages:

New novel now serializing: My Disciple Could Never Possibly Become a Demon

Qi Xuanzhi set out to exterminate demons at the sect leader's command.

When he arrived at the demon's lair, he didn't find the demon who was wreaking havoc in the mortal world. Instead, he found a little boy being bullied by everyone.

The little boy: weak, pitiful, and helpless, sobbing uncontrollably.

Qi Xuanzhi: ???

Qi Xuanzhi: This doesn't seem quite right?

Young man, I can see that you have extraordinary potential. Would you like to follow me and cultivate in seclusion?

The evil demon hasn't been vanquished, but taking in a disciple seems like a good idea too?

But who could have guessed...

Senior Brother, the sect leader: Xuanzhi, why does your disciple look like he's about to become a demon?

The Kunlun Sect leader: Lord Yutan, your disciple has an extraordinary fate. I'm afraid he'll become a demon in the future.

The secret realm's consciousness: Human cultivator, your disciple is about to become a demon. You should be putting your house in order, not stopping me from killing him!

Qi Xuanzhi looked at his well-behaved, obedient, pitiful treasure of a disciple behind him, and his protective instincts flared. Facing the crowd of bloodthirsty people, he snapped coldly, "He is kind by nature and would never become a demon. Do not provoke me."

Unbeknownst to him, the young man behind him wore a violent expression between his brows, a smile rising in his eyes. He was nothing like the kind-hearted disciple Qi Xuanzhi described. He was a demon in hiding, through and through.

Steady, protective shou x well-behaved, clingy crybaby gong
