My Dad and I Return to 1998

At eighteen, Jiang Shige accidentally overheard her parents arguing about getting a divorce.

When she opened her eyes again, she and her father had returned to 1998!

To resolve her parents' relationship crisis, she tracked down the source of their conflict: Lu Chuan, the madman everyone at Yongcheng Middle School hated.

Every day, she secretly followed the madman, trying to stop Lu Chuan from coming between her parents.

One day, he caught her. Lu Chuan grabbed her by the collar like he was catching a rabbit.

The boy's face darkened. "Why are you following me?"

Jiang Shige went pale with fright and held out the bowl of lean pork congee she hadn't eaten yet.

"L-L-Lu... would you like some congee?" Lu Chuan looked at the lunchbox with its pink sticker, then opened it. The bowl was full of minced meat.

"A rabbit eats meat?" That became Lu Chuan's question.

When Jiang Xing returned to his middle school days, he discovered that his soft, sweet daughter had come back with him. Looking at his daughter and the wife he still hadn't won over, he set himself two goals: raise his daughter and keep Lu Chuan away.

He thought he was doing a great job at both. His wife's congee all went into his daughter's stomach, and Lu Chuan hadn't come within three feet of his wife.

That was until he saw his daughter curled up in Lu Chuan's arms, sitting on that shameless guy's lap as he fed her congee.

Jiang Xing: Has someone stolen my little darling???

Little Scene:

Lately, a gang of students led by Jiang Xing at Yongcheng Middle School had been getting ready to teach Lu Chuan a lesson.

"He dares steal our Brother Xing's girl? He's asking for it!"

"Grab your weapons, boys!"

Just as they were about to make their move, a girl suddenly appeared and shielded Lu Chuan.

"Little girls shouldn't come here!" the delinquents shouted in unison.

Then they heard the girl softly call their fearsome Brother Xing...

Dad.

The delinquents: Big bro became a dad behind our backs???
