[She is the embodiment of strength and justice, a cage of love and longing.]
Jing Qingning is a fairy by race, a former Master of Chaldea, and now a wage slave for a certain cross-dimensional organization that protects humanity across the multiverse.
She had just come out of Naruto when her friend dragged her into a Jujutsu Kaisen instance, a story she hadn't read. But as soon as she entered, her friend disappeared, and she didn't even know when the Incineration of Humanity had begun.
Still, it was fine. She was already an old hand at saving humanity.
A mysterious organization has recently appeared in Japan.
It rapidly spread into business, politics, culture, and entertainment, infiltrating Japan with unstoppable force and without making a sound.
The company run by a blonde, red-eyed stock market genius was thriving.
A doujin manga circle whose works featured sorrowful prose as exquisite as cherry blossoms in ukiyo-e had appeared out of nowhere.
Politicians in black and white suits gave speeches about making Japan great again.
Even the male and female idol groups they launched had swept across the entire island.
Including an idol fairy who sold a nonhuman magical-girl persona.
At first, everyone at Tokyo Jujutsu High thought that magical girls were just a gag, with the exception of one certain strongest sorcerer.
The first time Yuta Okkotsu went on a mission with Satoru Gojo, the white-haired Jujutsu Sorcerer took the bandages off his face, rushed up to Jing Qingning with a bouquet of roses, dropped to one knee, and said, "Hello, miss. It was love at first sight. Please marry me."
Yuta Okkotsu was stunned. The most outrageous part was that she actually said yes. It was hard not to think he had been blinded by her beauty.
The students all took the strongest sorcerer's girlfriend for an ordinary person who was fragile and in need of protection.
Until that day, when the sun descended into the world in the form of a goddess. The girl offered up a divine treasure, the Pillar Stone, and drew all of Tokyo into Izumo's earthly realm of the gods. Tens of thousands of souls were summoned back from the underworld, and Shibuya once again teemed with crowds.
An ordinary hero held a bow and arrow. A song from a thousand years ago rang across the earth once more. It was a blow that shot down the stars and tore the earth apart: Stella!
Only then did they realize how terrifying the useless idol who had been slacking off among them all along really was.
And all of this was witnessed by the strongest sorcerer. He had known for a long time what kind of creature this carefree rascal was.
Ten years ago in Okinawa, she had descended upon the sea like a goddess, and his own image was clearly reflected in those fairy eyes.
At that moment, Satoru Gojo understood. He wanted to make the goddess fall down to earth.
Reading guide:
1. The "turning into a Heroic Spirit" ability is based on the Illya magical-girl series. The protagonist isn't even wearing a borrowed skin, but she can communicate with her own Servants through their spiritual foundations. Some Servants can also be registered through Magical Ruby, which is equivalent to summoning a Servant. You can think of them as mutually dependent (author's setting).
2. The CP is probably Gojo.
I want to write an adult romance, starting with love at first sight sparked by attraction, with explosive hormones creating a magnetic pull between a man and a woman, and crazy, hysterical love and desire. They're both blinded by each other's beauty, yet they clash and test each other. In the end, they part ways calmly and rationally. (Really?)
3. There are lots of people crushing on the protagonist, and their arrows are thick as well as numerous. We're in Chaldea, after all. It's only natural to sell some romance!
