Shipping Them Means Getting Fed Sugar by the Real Couple Every Day

[Blurb]

Wen Qu had been a struggling extra in Hengdian for over a decade, but he was still a complete unknown. Then he stepped in at the last minute to play a minor role with very few lines, and from then on, everyone started calling him "big brother," both on and off camera.

In the show:

Wen Qu was injured by cultivators. The male lead descended from the sky, shielding him behind his back, and struck with his sword. "You cultivators dare bully a mere mortal?"

The male and female leads fought demons, and the female lead was driven back again and again, spitting blood several times. The male lead shot her a disdainful glance. But when Wen Qu was in danger, the male lead rushed over at once and carried him away to safety. After taking just two steps, he gave up. "Forget it. You're safest by my side."

Off camera:

Wen Qu wasn't eating properly, so the male lead brought him a lovingly packed lunch and fruit for dessert. Wen Qu hesitated. "...We don't know each other that well."

The male lead smiled. "It's a big brother's care for his little brother."

The female lead beside them: "What about a master's care for his disciple?"

The male lead's expression changed instantly. "Oh, a master only pushes his disciple to work harder."

Fans of the show: ...Should I ship the male and female leads, or the brothers?

Before long, a certain fan group quietly grew bigger and bigger.

The brother ship is real!!!

The fan group's emotional journey:

#More scenes together! More time onscreen! Give us another project together!#

#...Oh no, I can't handle this much sweetness!#

#The closet door can't hold them back!#

#They're brothers, it's socialist brotherhood!#

Reading Guide:

1. Modern alternate setting where same-sex marriage is illegal.

2. No real-life inspirations. This is purely a product of my imagination. The author knows little about the entertainment industry, so plot holes are inevitable.

3. It looks like the older brother is the top and the younger brother is the bottom, but the bottom is actually older than the top. Younger top.

Theme: There is genuine affection and true love in this world.
