After the little wood spirit Jiujiu from the immortal realm perishes alongside the demons, she unexpectedly finds herself reborn in the world of a novel.
In the novel, Mu Jiujiu is a vicious villainess. Her father doesn't care for her, and her brothers don't love her, so she's intensely jealous of her younger sister, who has the heroine's halo and is adored by everyone. She repeatedly schemes to frame her sister, only to meet a tragic end.
Mu Jiujiu: QAQ I'm a good kid. I would never bully my little sister!
Luckily, after the little wood spirit Jiujiu is reborn, she activates the Villainess Comeback Farming System.
She grows the sweetest corn, completing Farming Task 1 and earning the affection of the butler grandpa, whose genes have been fused with those of a bird.
She grows beautiful flowers, completing Farming Task 2 and winning over her second and third brothers, who had looked down on her.
She grows mutated grass, completing Farming Task N and helping her aloof father easily deal with the swarming insectoid race.
In the end, Mu Jiujiu grows vast fields and forests, restoring green life to the desolate interstellar world and becoming the most popular little darling in the entire galaxy!
