[Pre-Release]
So, here's the thing: I transmigrated into a book.
I've tried everything I can think of to get home, but I've come up empty-handed every time.
I've lived in this world for sixteen years. Just when I was about to give up, a piece of high-tech gear calling itself a System appeared.
It told me that if I wanted to go home, I had to win over three men.
I've almost forgotten what home even looks like, but I know one thing for sure: I have to go back.
So I took a look at the mission list:
Target No. 1: The school bully, hot-tempered and aggressively manly.
Target No. 2: The top student and campus heartthrob, gentle on the surface but secretly devious.
Target No. 3: The sunny, energetic, considerate younger boy-next-door.
Great! Their personalities and roles are all laid out. How hard could winning them over be?
I closed the list, brimming with confidence, and set off to complete my missions.
But the moment I stepped outside, I saw the glaring indicators over their heads:
Target No. 1 was my innocent, clueless buddy, who got slaughtered in an all-night gaming session at an internet cafe, then handed over his cleaning duties for an entire semester so I could help him get revenge in the game.
Target No. 2 was my self-conscious, obsessive childhood friend. When I first arrived in this world and was still young and naive, I casually let him in on my darkest thoughts. He took it as a sign that we'd found our kindred spirit, then moved away and never contacted me again.
Target No. 3 was my junior at school, who still walks with me to and from school. Every so often, he takes advantage of being my neighbor to sneak a close-up peek at the abs he worked on playing basketball.
Great, I know them all very well, and trying to win them over is mortifying.
But if I wanted to go home, I had to grit my teeth and do it.
At first, they all dismissed my advances and remained unmoved.
"What's gotten into you?"
"Aren't we the friends who know each other best?"
"Sis, you know dating in high school is a bad idea, right?"
Forget love, but for the sake of getting home, I had to swallow my pride!
Later...
"Hey, you have to keep your word."
"We're such a perfect match. We're not letting you go."
"Sis, want to feel my abs again? You can touch other places too."
As the big shots closed in, this time I was the one who stayed unmoved.
Please note:
1. This is a one-on-one romance, but the male lead is someone else.
2. The heroine is an unremarkable big shot.
3. A hilarious campus love rivalry, part of a series of sweet romances.
4. This blurb was screenshotted on May 18, 2021.
5. To be added.
