At some point, people on Earth began randomly receiving mysterious phone calls, "inviting" them to enter specific spaces and complete assigned missions.
Complete a mission, and you move on to the next.
Fail a mission, and you die.
Refuse a mission, and you die.
Try to pass a mission on to someone else, and you die.
And so a contest began between humanity and the mysterious callers. Humanity was crushed without question, until a young man named Li Hua received one of these calls.
After entering a mission, Li Hua discovered not only that his phone could rewind time, but also that the monsters' attitudes toward him were rather strange.
When he met a ghost woman, they both screamed, and the ghost ran away even faster than he did.
When he ran into a zombie, it suddenly regained consciousness. Its hands no longer hurt, its legs no longer dragged, and it turned around and bolted.
When he encountered a serial killer, the man tossed aside his saw, dropped to his knees, and sobbed, "Boss! I've missed you so much!"
Even more outrageous, when he went to a valley of villains, the monsters and demons lined up to welcome him, cheering with delight.
"Boss, welcome home!"
"Boss, you're my idol!!!"
Li Hua blinked. What the hell? I'm a law-abiding citizen!
Only when they noticed another human standing beside Li Hua did their eyes turn fierce. They licked their lips with red tongues, unable to suppress their hunger for human flesh.
Li Hua frowned and pulled the other person into his arms. "He's mine. Who dares lay a finger on him?"
The demons and ghosts all backed off, deeply regretful. It was rare to see such a pure and powerful human, but the boss had already claimed him.
