A couple on the verge of getting married are in a car accident. The man dies, and the woman loses her memory. After waking up, the heroine vows to find her family, but in truth, both she and her deceased boyfriend came from an orphanage. While the heroine works hard and does her best to search for her family, the male lead (female heroine) appears. The two work together and search for their families together, gradually falling in love. What the heroine doesn't know is that the "man" she loves isn't actually a man.
After an accident restores her memory, the heroine recalls everything that happened before. Only then does she realize that "he" is a girl just like her.
