The Cat City Lord of the Apocalypse

Torrential rain, tsunamis, earthquakes, extreme cold, drought, and relentless monster attacks. Given another chance, Mi Miaomiao manages to save the stray cat family she grew up with. Just as she's preparing to flee the human base and do her best to survive with the cats and her equally reborn, socially anxious owner, she's forcibly bound to a suddenly appearing city-building System. And so, a city for mutated plants and animals rises from the ruins. A mutated banyan tree as big as a hill becomes the base's amusement park, and ten-meter-tall mutated animals can swing on thousand-meter-high swings. The city gates come in nine sizes, with the smallest only ten centimeters tall. There's plenty of food, an endless supply of energy crystals, and a peaceful life where everyone can build their own little homes. Free from the infighting at the human base, Mi Miaomiao nonetheless lives like a firefighter. Guard 1: "City Lord, the mutated ants' city has been knocked down by a black bear again!" Guard 2: "City Lord, the new mutated sea folk secretly sprinkled salt into the lake!" Guard 3: "City Lord, the mutated banyan tree says it wants to get rid of some pests..." Guards 4, 5, 6... Once things settle down, Mi Miaomiao wonders if she can find a suitable partner and have a litter of kittens. But she never expects her big brother to confess to her. He wants to mate with me?! At first, Miaomiao refuses. "We're nine meters apart in size. It'd be exhausting just to groom each other." Looking at the ten-meter-long white giant cat before him, Xuan Yu's green eyes dim. He silently goes back to work on leveling up. Half a month later, a stern young man with black hair and green eyes appears in front of the big cat with a comb. "We can date now. I'll brush your fur every day." When she doesn't respond, his green eyes grow misty and his black tail droops. He insists, "You can have me brush you as many times as you want..." 1. The early part focuses on escaping natural disasters. The middle and later parts involve fighting monsters, city-building, management, and everyday life. 2. The animals can transform into humans when they meet certain conditions. 3. Both leads are cats, with no other romantic interests. Their owner is an extreme social recluse and a complete fluff fanatic. *This is a fictional setting, with technology at the early stage of interstellar exploration. Wealth pours in, letting him keep his sister healthy and turn his "silver wolfhound"... into his lover. He even gets an alchemy manual in the bargain and sets off to seek out more wondrous alchemical knowledge. · Fester Cassier, a magical genius from the hidden world, is forced to sign a marriage contract to protect his younger sister. Gravely injured, he accidentally passes through the seal and arrives beside his betrothed. The youth is pale and thin, breathtaking at first glance. He's gentle and dependable in front of his sister, but in front of him he's a lazy, malicious little devil: "A wolfhound? Perfect, you can stay and guard the house." "You can use magic? Then work off your medical bills." "You can turn back into a human? Tsk... You can stay if you sleep with me." At first, Fester intends to break the contract.
