Lin Tang had known for a long time that she liked Mu Feng. By chance, she confessed her feelings to him. Mu Feng didn't turn her down, but said they could be together if Lin Tang got into Shigao on her college entrance exams.

Lin Tang and Mu Feng spent three sweet years together. Then, just as Lin Tang received her exam results, a phone call shattered all her hopes. Zhang Xiaoxiao was on the other end, proudly telling Lin Tang that she and Mu Feng were together.

Despairing, Lin Tang left the city and applied to a school with entrance requirements similar to Shigao's.

Three years later, the group met again. Lin Tang learned that Mu Feng and Zhang Xiaoxiao were about to get married. After an accident brought her together with Xu Chen, Lin Tang only realized the reason Mu Feng and Zhang Xiaoxiao had gotten together once she was dating Xu Chen...

Scene One: Fueled by alcohol, Mu Feng had fewer reservations. He patted Lin Tang's head affectionately and said, "Little Candy, did you get lost looking for your room?"

Jiang Zixi had egged Lin Tang on, and now she was feeling bold. Mu Feng's pat on the head gave her a great deal of courage. With a fearless expression, Lin Tang asked, "Brother, did you just say there's someone you like?" She gazed eagerly at Mu Feng, looking determined not to leave without an answer.

Mu Feng paused, pinched Lin Tang's cheek, and blinked. "Yeah. What about it?"

Lin Tang lowered her head, the tips of her ears red, and asked, "Brother Mu Feng, could that person be me?"

Mu Feng chuckled. The moonlight softened his features. "Sure, but there's a condition." He paused, then said, "Little Candy, I'm applying to Shigao in my senior year. If you get in, I'll say yes."

That meant he was agreeing, right? He hadn't outright turned her down. Having a condition meant there was a chance, and it meant he liked her a little, right? Right? Right? Lin Tang was so happy she felt ready to fly. She had only asked on a whim, never expecting Mu Feng to say yes. Even if his answer was ambiguous, it was practically the same as agreeing, wasn't it? "Then how about we make a pinky promise?" Lin Tang said, holding out her little finger and curling it toward Mu Feng.

Mu Feng chuckled. Taking advantage of the alcohol, he ruffled Lin Tang's hair. "A pinky promise isn't sincere enough. How about I seal it with a kiss instead?" He lowered his head and gazed at Lin Tang with affection in his eyes. Mu Feng hooked a finger beneath Lin Tang's chin. She nervously closed her eyes. Just as she thought Mu Feng was going to kiss her, she felt a warm dampness near the corner of her eye. Lin Tang opened her eyes and saw Mu Feng kiss the beauty mark at the corner of her eye. With a teasing tone, he said, "Sealed."
