A Vow by the Huangpu River

My name is Cheng Shi. Picking things up and salvaging scraps have run through my whole life.

I was picked up and brought home by a junk collector, so I have a dad who makes a living collecting junk.

Luckily, I have a decent face, so I pick up odd jobs in the entertainment industry.

My buddies tease me: "You're really good at picking things up. No wonder your name is Cheng Shi. Let's see if you can pick yourself up a wife!"

Hey, turns out I really can.

Theme: The world is in tatters, so I'll pick up the pieces.
