Note: The memories inherited from the cards are hazy, and Muzan only remembers people by their hanafuda earrings and Breathing Styles.
P.S. The heroine received the template of Uta from World A and wants to fulfill Uta’s dying wish. So the world was altered, creating World B, the world of this story, where she takes Uta’s place.
So in World B, everyone has been interacting with this heroine from the very beginning.
(And because of that wish, she can’t hurt Yoriichi.)
