Transmigrating into the entertainment-industry novel she'd just read as a nameless disposable side character, Xue Yushu is more than satisfied.
When she arrived, her dad had already arranged a job for her, and the original owner had finished defending her graduation thesis and was busy eating and drinking while waiting to graduate. All she had to do was quietly live as a rich, beautiful heiress. She absolutely loved this life of doing nothing.
In her previous life, Xue Yushu had no hobbies besides following celebrities and shipping couples. But since she was broke, she had to be a completely free fan, occasionally writing fanfiction out of sheer passion.
Just as she logs into the original owner's Weibo, ready to lavish money on handsome young stars, her heart sinks as she sees the account's online history of steamy browsing.

No matter how she looks at it, this seems to be the well-known fan-site master of the original story's male lead, the type who repeatedly quits and returns to the fandom, turns against him after declaring she's a fan no more, and leaks fake gossip that sparks a major crisis in the leads' relationship!
But after reviewing the timeline, she realizes the male lead hasn't debuted yet. That's great! Xue Yushu swears she'll stay far away from him. Once he debuts, she'll be the first to ship him with the female lead and make sure the whole internet knows that "Wei Bai" is real!
But things don't seem to be going as smoothly as she'd imagined...
She only got dragged onto a variety show. How come I'm gaining followers faster than the male lead?
