Though they are both vessels, Takagi Kana and Itadori Yuji are treated very differently.
Itadori Yuji: Ryomen Sukuna is super vicious. He keeps trying to kill me and take control!
Takagi Kana: Lord Misezi is as gorgeous as ever today! He looks after me every day and is so manly!
Itadori Yuji: ...What kind of heartless world is this!
The established pairing: the genuinely ordinary high school student and fake heroine Takagi Kana × Itadori Yuji, whose sense of loss is all relative.
As for the real heroine Misezi and Sukuna, that depends on how much of a jerk Sukuna is.

This probably won't follow the original plot, or maybe it'll follow the Detective Conan plot. The whole world will be forced to save the little angel Yuji. If anything doesn't make sense, it's all my own worldbuilding.
