What Do I Do Now That My Partner and I Somehow Have a Kid?

Melodramatic blurb: That night, Ranpo and Verlaine had a child: Nakahara Chuuya. Although Chuuya wasn't related to them by blood, he still drove them into a huge argument. After that night, Ranpo lost his memory, but his feelings for Verlaine remained. He kept searching for the person he couldn't stop thinking about. He never expected to find that child, only to discover he was living in the slums. At the time, Ranpo didn't know that Chuuya was his and Verlaine's child. Grown-up Chuuya became his enemy in order to survive, but when fragments of his memories returned, Ranpo willingly let the boy defeat him. As he lay dying, Ranpo remembered how he and Verlaine had met. He never expected Verlaine, whom he had rescued, who had come to depend on him and even taken his name as an alias, to stab him in the back. He still couldn't accept it. His ability turned him into a ghost, and he followed the child until he found Verlaine. But when Verlaine was on the verge of death, Ranpo couldn't bring himself to deny him forgiveness. He used his own ability as Verlaine's core to save him. Perhaps the price was to be reduced to nothing. Perhaps by the grace of the gods, Ranpo opened his eyes once more. In this life, Ranpo decided to find out why Verlaine had stabbed him, and why Verlaine believed Ranpo hadn't treated him like a person.
