[First-Person Blurb]
The person I love is a descendant of a Cursed Speech User who communicates with rice-ball fillings.
His hair and eyebrows, his palms and fingertips;
his eyes, the corners of his lips,
everything about him looks exactly the way I like.
It's because I love him so much that I don't dare confess.
Because a monster like me is destined to have a hard time finding happiness.
[Third-Person Blurb]
To Toge Inumaki, his classmate, the Jujutsu Sorcerer Hiyazakura Aya, always seems quiet and mysterious, like a doll carefully carved by a master puppeteer.
She rarely joins missions assigned by the school alongside her classmates. He also hears from their teachers that before entering Jujutsu High, she was completely ordinary.
Then, when they encounter danger, he steps in front of the frail girl he thinks needs protection. He gets seriously injured because he lets his guard down for just a moment...
He sees her summon a snake demon, which spits water at the cursed spirit and burns it to ashes in no time...
Toge Inumaki falls silent after the backlash from using Cursed Speech by force.
[Let's promise to keep loving each other,
