A side story for [Western Crossover] Robin's Cat Conquest

Since this is a derivative of a fanfic, it's normal if the plot is hard to follow. It'd be better to read it alongside the main story if you have the patience. If you don't, that's fine too, but I won't explain every single thing in this story. Just take it easy and read.

Why I started writing this: A reader complained that my style changed suddenly and that the sweet fluff turned into a gut punch. After much reflection, I decided to write a sweet, lighthearted side story (do I still have a chance?).

Basically, when Ruby was in the Mirror Cage, Big Bat rescued her. How do you think the story will go? Do you even have to ask? Of course there'll be sweetness. (Well-behaved.jpg)

This Batman follows the ending of route A, meaning he's B, who knows the future and has experienced the kid's death twice.

Content Warnings:

1. Little R's characterization isn't consistent in this story. It's not a problem with my writing; it's because we're seeing Little R through the eyes of different characters, each with their own biases and points of focus.

2. In accordance with the previous point, anyone in this story may be OOC, including the female lead.

3. If you don't like it, you don't have to tell me, but peaceful discussion and feedback are welcome (this is mainly a list of my own pet peeves, but I'll leave it here anyway).
