(I've been watching Word of Honor and having a blast shipping them every day. Who knew the ending would leave us with three out of a family of five?
I couldn't hold back, though my writing is limited. I'll do my best for this family of five.)
This is mainly about Wen Kexing and A-Xu from the original novel crossing into the TV series and enjoying the romance, while helping the younger characters solve a few problems along the way.
This is just a fanfic inspired by watching the book and TV versions too many times. If you haven't seen one of them, you may miss out on some of the fun. If you haven't seen either, you might not understand what I'm writing. I strongly recommend Faraway Wanderers and Word of Honor.

To judge a person, you should not only look at what he says and do, but also the kind of friends he makes. To be honest, I think Lu Taichong should be fine. The young man Lu Tai rushed out of the scene. He and Rong Xuan did not forget to greet Zhao Jing when they were drinking and feasting. I felt that he should be pretty good to the brothers. Even Zhao Jing, who was not very gregarious, noticed it. And, most importantly, Ao Laizi and Lu Taichong are close friends, the kind who truly trust each other with their lives. The person Lu Taichong thought of before he died was Ao Laizi, and Ao Laizi lived up to his trust. The two of them should have a very close friendship. From Aolaizi's point of view, Lu Taichong must have his bright spots as a friend who can be recognized by Aolaizi, otherwise he would not be one of the five sons of the Five Lakes League.
