Child of Light

I don't think I can keep writing. What a run of bad luck! I got into a car accident on the way and went straight to the ICU. Just when I finally recovered, I got dragged into a lawsuit over compensation. I'm completely overwhelmed. I wonder if I should just give up. Even my outline disappeared along with my laptop. That really hurts, both emotionally and financially! I don't even know how to keep writing (wipes away tears).

Three hundred years ago, on the continent of Fensiriel, the light fell into ruin, and the world entered an endless night.

Darkness spread across the continent.

Then one day, when the prince of the northern lands was summoning a contracted familiar, he summoned an elf unlike any seen before.

The world began to turn again, and the heavy darkness covering the heavens and earth seemed to be slowly pried apart.
