The Little Garden

[I'm so glad you could come]

This is a substitute for author notes, a place where I can ramble on at length, freely express all the thoughts that come to me while writing, whether they're strange, long-winded, or take a sharp detour from the outline, and explain some of the story's settings that might not have been conveyed clearly enough.

Talking about all this probably just proves how bad I am at it. The original setting and what I actually write always end up worlds apart... Maybe I'm better suited to letting myself go than being the kind of writer who sticks to an outline _(:з"∠)_

A lot of the time, inspiration strikes in a flash, and I start writing on a whim. The result is a huge pile of abandoned drafts, and what I eventually write is completely different from what I first imagined. (How can this happen?!

And so this story, a record of my writing, came into being.

It should be something like a public notebook, the sort of thing where I scribble down and revise settings in my own notebook.

Of course, whether you read it or not won't affect your enjoyment of the story, because I will inevitably use it to air my own thoughts. When I'm explaining things, I tend to ramble on with lots of unnecessary chatter. Sorry in advance, and thanks for reading.

I love writing and keep at it without fail. I believe hard work makes up for a lack of talent. Every story is a flower in the little garden I love. I keep tending to them with care and water them every single day.

Some gardens bloom early, lush and beautiful, making a lovely sight. Others look a little sparse, with flowers still growing. They may seem dull, but they have their own pleasures too. Living is like gardening: you reap what you sow, and the most important thing is to be happy.

I hope that one day the garden belonging to Cheese Moon will be full of life, a vibrant spring scene that more people can enjoy. I also hope you'll all have little gardens of your own, full of life and energy.

Theme: Whether in life or in writing, being happy is what matters most.
