My Buddha Has Lost Control

The story of Xin Cijue, the pursuer, and Chai Fuyu, the pursued.

The sky slowly brightens. One person drinks wine and turns a fan.

Dressed in red, the figure opens the fan with his right hand. A few ink-brushed words are visible: "The Drunken Dreamer."

With his left hand, he tosses a white wine flask into the air. He turns and closes the fan, then taps the flask with its edge. The flask tilts, pouring out a stream of wine.

Chai Fuyu bends down to drink. Then he opens the fan and lightly catches the flask on it. With a flick, he tosses both fan and flask into the air. He pushes off the ground, flips sideways in midair, and lands with the fan in his left hand and the flask in his right. Turning around, he tosses the fan and drinks.

The fan bears the image of a wine flask covered in red gauze. As Chai Fuyu takes it in, he tries once more to toss the flask into the air, but a red cord darts toward him and whisks it away in an instant.

Chai Fuyu turns to look. Xin Cijue has wrapped a red jade pendant around the flask and is drinking with his head tilted back.
