Conquer the World, Starting in Yokohama

Yakushiji Ryoko's motto is, "In heaven and on earth, I alone am supreme."

Besides unparalleled beauty and God-given talent, she also has a naturally dreadful personality.

One day, this queen who holds all of Japan in her grasp suddenly discovers that there's one port city still beyond her control.

So she decides to take Yokohama first, then conquer the world!

First-person narration. Mainly Bungo Stray Dogs, with Dazai likely as the pairing.

The heroine is wonderful in every way except her personality and cooking.

Theme: In heaven and on earth, I alone am supreme.
