The laws of the present world:
1. The lowborn may not enter the territory of the highborn.
2. If the highborn kill the lowborn, they are innocent.
3. If the lowborn come into intimate contact with the highborn, it is a capital crime.
Faced with these unjust laws, the only way forward is to tear everything down and rebuild. But...
The highborn suddenly create the S program, which randomly pulls lowborn whose consciousness has yet to awaken into branch worlds controlled by the S program: Utopia dreams. They can survive only by solving the dreams. If they are killed in a dream, they are immediately confirmed as [brain dead]. If the lowborn clear the S main program, they can rise to the highborn; if they destroy S's core, the entire dream program will be destroyed as well.
Qu Tingchuan is randomly pulled into a dream. His initial goal isn't to survive himself. His usual principle is: Know your limits, and save those you can.
Everyone: No more saintly heroes! You think you're playing some cracked version of the game or what?
Qu Tingchuan's first impression on people: sickly, pale, harmless. When he speaks: polite, courteous, respectful of the rules.
Later: He can lift a person with one hand and slam a burly man into the ground with the other. A crisp crack of breaking bones rings out as his elbow presses into the man's flesh...
One night, someone knocks on Qu Tingchuan's window.
Zhong Xun grips the top of the window frame with his left arm, holds a rose in his right hand, and kneels on one knee on the windowsill. "Prince Qu, want to sneak off with me for an affair behind the princess's back?"
Qu Tingchuan accepts the rose with a smile, but the next second he grabs Zhong Xun by the collar and shoves him to the ground.
"I'll pass the message to the princess and try to make it an appropriate arrangement." He glances at the blood on the other's hand, then lowers his head to kiss the rose. "Also, roses are too thorny for us."
Zhong Xun: "My life is nothing but gentle madness. I save my tenderness for you, and cast my madness into the abyss of the dream."
