Please add my upcoming novel, "An Easygoing Daily Life After Transmigrating to Ancient Times," to your collection.
Blurb
Shen Anjun is the most capable young woman for miles around, but the arrogant man she was about to get engaged to rejects her for being too assertive. She kicks him to the curb and turns around to marry Du Yuzhu, the most famous "prodigal benefactor" in Fengzhang County.
Shen Anjun thinks her husband is both adorable and kind, and plans to dote on him and make a good life together.
When they meet a young man who has no money to return to his hometown, Du Yuzhu wants to give him some silver. Shen Anjun says, "Why not have him work at our carriage inn, husband? He can earn his own travel money, and then he won’t have to think about making the long journey back to repay us."
A talented scholar has no money to continue his studies, and Du Yuzhu wants to sponsor him. Shen Anjun says, "Let’s open a bookstore. He can copy books for you, husband, and earn enough to pay for his studies."
Everyone waits for Du Yuzhu to squander his family fortune, only to discover that the Du family’s carriage inn not only stays open, but keeps getting bigger.
Then they watch in disbelief as the young Mrs. Du opens a bookstore, then a teahouse, then a restaurant...
(The male lead’s perspective)
Du Yuzhu commands one of the Third Prince’s most secret forces, but his unmarried status gives him away, leading to his entire family being killed!
After the Third Prince ascends the throne, Du Yuzhu avenges his family. When he opens his eyes again, he’s back at the moment his father tells him to get married.
Du Yuzhu: Get married? I’ll get married, right away!
Du Yuzhu thinks his wife will be a talisman protecting the whole family, so he has to treat her well.
But for the sake of his work, he has to keep playing the part of a wastrel.
So, one subordinate who passes along messages is put to work at the family carriage inn by his wife, making it even easier to relay information. Another subordinate, skilled at writing, finds his wife has opened a bookstore, where he can better imitate handwriting...
Du Yuzhu: I said I’d dote on my wife. How did it turn into her doting on me?
Later, when the Third Prince ascends the throne, Du Yuzhu quickly hands over the forces under his command.
Du Yuzhu spent his whole previous life a bachelor. What’s so great about being an official? It’s exhausting, and your life is always in danger. A cozy life with a wife and children is the best!
A story about a wife who wants to spoil her husband, only to be spoiled by him instead.
Entry in the Growth and Comeback writing contest, "A Born Talent Will Surely Be Put to Use": The heroine is talented, but the man she was betrothed to looks down on her for it. Upcoming novel
Please add "A Daily Life in Ancient Times" to your collection.
Tan Xiaolan transmigrates to ancient times, where oil and salt are scarce. Just as she’s about to head out and improve her life, she runs into Yan Zechuan, a man from her village with a somewhat unsavory reputation.
Tan Xiaolan thinks: He may look like a fine young man, but what a shame he doesn’t work hard. I wonder which girl he’ll end up tricking into marrying him.
Yan Zechuan keeps his distance from Tan Xiaolan, too, afraid rumors will spread that he has something going on with the eldest Tan daughter. A beauty like her isn’t his type.
Tan Xiaolan sees the women from a merchant ship off at the ferry. When she turns around, she finds Yan Zechuan collecting payment from the ship’s captain.
The two meet at Granny Wang’s shop, where she sells fried flatbreads.
Yan Zechuan: You took people on a trip and made money, but all you’re eating is a flatbread!
Tan Xiaolan: Someone who can sell wild greens at the price of medicinal herbs eats flatbread, too. These must be really tasty!
So they buy four flatbreads together, saving a copper coin each.
There are two people in Sanli Village who have trouble finding a match. The Tan family’s eldest daughter is pretty and loves to eat, so it’s hard to find a husband for her. The Yan family’s youngest son is lazy and crafty, always wanting to make money without lifting a finger, so no girl wants to marry him either.
No one expects the two of them to end up married!
Everyone worries they’ll starve to death, but who could have guessed that this couple, a perfect combination of scheming, laziness, and greed, would live better than anyone else?
Yan Zechuan hands the banknotes he’s earned to his wife and says that the key to a good life is finding a wife who understands you.
Tan Xiaolan: Who says people who work hard to make money aren’t diligent? If my husband weren’t diligent, would I be counting money until my hands cramped?
"After Being Reborn, I Joined Forces with My Ex-Husband’s Older Brother"
Han Jinchen has never met the father who married into her mother’s family. When she’s left all alone at home, he sends people to bring her to the capital.
For the sake of her father’s political career, she marries the heir to the Marquis’s estate, who is already dead. Who could have known that her husband, dead for three years, would return?
When she learns that her stepsister intends to rekindle her old romance with the scumbag and that the two of them are plotting to kill her, Han Jinchen decisively allies herself with the other heir to the Marquis’s estate, whom they call ambitious and ruthless, and brings the scumbag down.
Before she can even celebrate, she discovers she doesn’t have long to live.
If that’s the case, then everyone who hurt me can come to the grave with me.
She closes her eyes without regrets. But when she opens them again, she’s back before her trip to the capital...
In this life, Han Jinchen no longer longs for the false affection offered by her scumbag father, and refuses to go to the capital.
But she wants to let them go, while they refuse to let her go.
Han Jinchen: Why can’t we just leave each other alone and live our lives in peace?
Since you insist on bringing me to the capital, don’t blame me for joining forces with him from the very start.
What she doesn’t expect is that before she can make a move, her former brother-in-law comes to ask for her hand in marriage...
Theme: A harmonious family is the cornerstone of a stable society.
I feel like there are a lot of things that I haven't written down, and things like my uncle and my master are not mentioned later.
I won't watch the extras, so let's stop here. Thank you for your hard work~
The main text is emotional and the plot is bland. I can only say that I saw the heroine easily forgive the hero for concealing his identity. In fact, I am still not satisfied with this point.
I don't know if I am still revising my writing. There are a lot of typos. I can scold the input method. There are many long paragraphs typesetting, which makes me a little tired to read. I read 3,000 words and feel like I read 5,000 words (covering my face and laughing)
But the shortcomings do not hide the good points. The story is short and concise, the pace is steady, and it feels like it is completed in one go. The ending may be better with a sequel.
I wish you better and better~
Wouldn't the emperor be even more angry if King Rui used the food raised in this way?
Will the author update again?
Spreading flowers, scattering flowers, it felt sudden, I thought I would have to write many chapters
Not bad, no bloody plot or super relatives
It's over, let's spread the flowers, I like the heroine so much! ! !
What was said, what was said, let me hear it, let me hear it
"Legendary" is a big thorn in the side of the author~
banish
"Rui" is a big thorn in the side of the author~
