Gu Shen didn't answer. He opened his mouth and repeatedly nipped at Su Muyan's neck with his canines.
Su Muyan seized the chance to inject him. Gu Shen slumped against her back.
Gu Shen's genetic disease kept flaring up again and again, until sedatives no longer worked. He was confined at home.
The Gu family finally found an Omega whose compatibility with Gu Shen was exceptionally high. But Gu Shen wasn't attracted to her. He said she smelled awful, threw her out of the house, and wouldn't let anyone near him.
"Why not have Su Muyan try?"
Su Muyan was called to the Gu residence. The moment she stepped inside, Gu Shen broke out of his room, wrapped his arms around her, and said with a nasal whine, "Big Sister, what took you so long?"

Su Muyan's mental power returned to normal, and she went back to her old job on the team, helping the Alphas relax mentally.
Su Muyan went around helping the Alphas packed into the room one by one. Gu Shen gritted his teeth, afraid to use his pheromones to drive them all away, and stood outside the door looking miserable.
Once everyone had relaxed, Gu Shen wrapped his arms around Su Muyan and bit her already battered neck. "Big Sister, Big Sister, mine..."
Su Muyan patted his head and said with practiced ease, "Good boy. Gently. I'll help you tonight, so be gentle!"
Gu Shen's eyes lit up, and he bit down even harder.
