Oh No, I Think I'm Falling for You

A new student who had skipped a grade transferred into Class 2, Grade 11 this year. She was a girl, and according to reliable sources, she was very pretty.

The whole class was gossiping about this top student. A few people also glanced at Peng Yun, who was sprawled in the corner by the window in the second row like a corpse, and whispered among themselves. Peng Yun, engrossed in catching up on sleep, couldn't hear them clearly. She just gave everyone an extremely arrogant view of the back of her head. It wasn't until someone shook her awake that she learned a new student had joined the class.

Huang Ting, Peng Yun's childhood friend, couldn't stand to watch anymore. After a long campaign of threats and bribes, she finally dragged Peng Yun to a private tutoring center for one-on-one lessons.

Luckily, the tutor was fully booked that day, leaving Peng Yun and Huang Ting with only an incredibly profound-looking back and a string of elegantly written QQ digits.

Peng Yun had never wanted tutoring in the first place. After adding the tutor as a friend and placating her best friend, she left it at that.

Huang Ting was serious this time. She even cunningly rallied Peng Yun's mother, Ms. Huang Nuyu, to her cause.

At home, Peng Yun's mother nagged her every day. Whenever she went out, her best friend chattered on beside her. Peng Yun was about to question her own sanity, and had no choice but to obediently go to class.

As Peng Yun waited in the reception room, bored and wondering what fate awaited her, she spotted an incredibly familiar figure approaching slowly from far away, through the thick, transparent glass door. In that instant, Peng Yun's expression turned very strange.

She might forget anyone else, but she would never mistake her good roommate, Li Yubai.

Behind the glass door, Peng Yun didn't see the corners of Li Yubai's mouth curl up when she spotted her.
