Does Running Around on Missions Count as an Otherworldly Adventure?

Meng Wanqing transmigrates with a game System.

The purpose of the main quest is shrouded in mystery. What exactly does the System want her to do?

She only wants to earn enough points to go home. Why has she gotten mixed up with so many big shots?

She goes to gather herbs and runs into a prince in distress.

She saves a young man and winds up caught in the destruction of an entire manor.

She picks an ice lotus, only to find out it's for saving a general's wife?

She looks after an old woman in her twilight years and ends up getting a cultist boy for a husband for free?

Why does joining the Cangqiong Sect draw the attention of the sect leader's sons?

Only at the very end does she discover the purpose of the main quest. She fumes: Why couldn't you have just told me directly?!

P.S. The author's track record for finishing stories is poor, so enter at your own risk. Updates come whenever I feel like it. (This is just for my own amusement, so don't expect too much.)

(I don't really know how to write a fictional setting, and my writing is limited by what I know. I hope the experts will go easy on me... I'd be really happy if anyone would be willing to explain things to me. 0.0)
