I originally wanted to write a straightforward melodrama about a wealthy family, but I can’t write without some combat elements, so this story mutated as well. This is not your typical wealthy-family story. It involves supernatural powers, martial arts, and possibly magic, among other things, but it’s set in an alternate modern city.
