[Bungo Stray Dogs] Akutagawa's Disheartenment

At the moment he chose to burn everything as Ashen One, becoming kindling, Akutagawa, himself an ash, became the last bearer of wolf blood and the last member of the Undead Legion of Farron.

I... can no longer bear the pain of losing my companions.

I am neither a hero nor “special.” How utterly pitiful.

Dragon, come and take me away.

And yet...

Is this the “miracle” of this world?

Journey to the West, I Am a Cat, Anne of Green Gables, Crime and Punishment...

I understand. I will gladly share these works and recite them.

(Akuchan, if you just wrote books, you'd have everything. Why don't you write books? sob sob sob)

(I did my best with the literary figures angle. I'm still working through Akutagawa's collected works. I usually read social sciences, actually, ummm.)

(This includes some Dark Souls elements purely because the author wanted to indulge themself. The main story is very serious.)
