Lin Daiyu is sensitive and sorrowful, beset by hardship on all sides. In fan fiction, there are people everywhere who cherish her. Xue Baochai is gracious and considerate, always able to get along with others. Does that mean she deserves to be let down? I want to write a male lead who supports her as they grow together, sparing her hardship and worry, keeping her from suffering, hardship, and a life adrift with nowhere to turn.
