The Novel Continuation Project

A Children's Day gift on June 1. Stay tuned, and I hope all the big and little kids have a happy day every day! Host: It's an honor to welcome popular novelist Bai Xia to our show. I'm a big fan of yours, too. I love your debut novel, The Rikkai Diary! Bai Xia: That novel was based on my real experiences as the coach at Rikkai University. At first, I simply wanted to record my cousin's daily life. I'm truly grateful that so many people have come to love it. Host: I hope you don't mind me asking, but the cousin you mentioned was the inspiration for the Child of God, right? Bai Xia (smiling): That's right. He's the one who just won the Grand Slam a few days ago. Host: Could you tell us about the writing process for your new serial, Mystery Room 101? Bai Xia: Mystery Room 101 could also be called The 101st Locked Room Mystery. The idea came from a casual chat with Professor Yusaku. The cases are all based on real events, and I've invited many famous detectives to review them. Host: Can you tell us who, specifically? Bai Xia: The famous detectives selected for the Detective Koshien over the years have all been involved. The Heisei Holmes is among them. Host (smiling knowingly): So it's him! It sounds like we have a lot to look forward to with this novel! Host: Your romance has always been a favorite topic of conversation. I hear you and your partner are in your tenth year together. Could you share some sweet memories? Bai Xia: One thing that really stuck with me was what he said the first time we met. Host (curious): What did he say? Bai Xia (calmly): Oh, he said I was good-looking. This novel is also known as I Die If I Don't Update and How Many Good Little Brothers Do You Have, Anyway? Going premium on October 10, with three chapters that day, followed by daily updates until completion~ Theme: As long as life goes on, so does creation
