Sugar Addict

Gorgeous Sweetheart x Obsessive, Disturbed CEO

Ever since she was five, one name had been etched into Shen Zhaoyue's memory, growing clearer with every passing year. Ten long years later, in the summer she turned fifteen, she won her first Best Newcomer award in Tokyo. While everyone watched, she went alone to Aoyama, hoping to share the good news with him. But he never showed up that summer.

2. Later, Shen Zhaoyue became an unshakable new force in showbiz, known as the Goddess of Oxygen. Bright, smiley, romantic, and sweet, she was every bit the little sugar bean people called her.

Then one day, at a banquet, she poured a glass of wine over Chen Xiaoxian, the man in charge of Hong Kong City Orange Sky, right in front of everyone. The crowd gasped. Chen Xiaoxian came from a powerful family, was ruthless in his methods, and ruled the eastern part of Hong Kong City with an iron fist. No one had ever dared treat him that way.

But what happened next left everyone stunned.

Chen Xiaoxian actually picked up an unopened bottle of red wine and walked over to the cool-faced young woman, coaxing her in a hoarse voice,

"Sugar bean, don't be mad anymore."

"If you're still angry, keep smashing things until you feel better."

Little Bonus Scene

One day, Chen Xiaoxian suddenly told Zhaoyue, "I signed you up for a show."

Zhaoyue: "?? We aren't even married yet, and you're already making decisions for me?"

"What show?"

Chen Xiaoxian: "Heartbeats in the Next Second."

Zhaoyue: "...You know it's a dating show, right?" Is this man trying to make himself jealous to death?

Chen Xiaoxian chuckled softly and pulled her into his arms.

"I know."

"Then why..."

"I'm going with you." It was time to put those rivals in their place.
